DELIVERY

The processing time for orders in the Republic of Poland is up to 7 business days.

DPD courier delivery – PLN 21

The processing time for orders within the European Union is up to 14 business days

The processing time for orders to the USA is up to 21 business days.

​Details on shipping prices to individual countries, and the selection of a specific delivery or payment method will be possible when placing the order.

 

RETURNS

Step 1: Download the return form DOWNLOAD, complete it and attach it to the returned products.

​Step 2: Pack your items together with the completed return form and send them to the following address:

Return Requirements:
​
1. The goods should be new and show no signs of use.
2. Returned clothes should have all original paper tags, this is another basis for the return to be approved.
3. The returned goods must be accompanied by a return form.
4. Shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
5. The Seller undertakes to process the return within 14 business days from the date of delivery of the return.
6. The goods should be secured. The seller is not responsible for defects occurring during transport.
7. We have 14 business days to process the return. Nevertheless, we try to process returns once a week.
8. The refund is valid for 14 business days from the date of delivery
9. The day of sending means the day of return
