I. GENERAL PROVISIONS

 

The owner and operator of the Online Store available at the Internet address www.ramsayandco.pl is the entrepreneur acting under the name of Ramsay&Co Natalia Gogolinski. based in Obreb, 05-530 Góra Kalwaria, Kasztanowa, No. 2, NIP: 1231416959, Regon: 381842790, e-mail address: biuro@ramsayandco.pl, ul. Kasztanowa 2, 05-530, Obreb, Hotline: 533863030, 698674179

2.Ramsay&Co exclusively conducts retail sales of Products.

3.These Regulations define in particular:

1.Rules of registration and use of an account by Users within the Online Store;

2. Rules for electronic placement of Orders by Customers within the Internet Store;

3. Principles of concluding Sales Contracts using the services provided within the Internet Store.

1.Acceptance of the provisions of these Regulations is a prerequisite for making purchases at Ramsay&Co.

 

II. DEFINITIONS

 

1.REGULATIONS - these regulations of the Ramsay&Co Online Store.

2. Ramsay&Co - Online Store operating on the Internet platform available at the Internet address www.ramsayandco.pl hereinafter interchangeably referred to as Ramsay&Co or Online Store.

3.SELLER - Ramsay&Co Natalia Gogolinski. with registered office in Obręb, 05-530 Góra Kalwaria, Kasztanowa Street, No. 2, NIP: 1231416959, Regon: 381842790, e-mail address: biuro@ramsayandco.pl, Kasztanowa Street 2, 05-530, Obręb Infoline: 698674179

4. CUSTOMER - a natural person with full legal capacity, and in cases provided for by generally applicable laws, also a natural person with limited legal capacity, a legal person, as well as an organizational unit without legal personality, which is granted legal capacity by law - who has concluded or intends to conclude a Sales Agreement with the Seller.

5. ENTERPRISE - a Customer who places an Order as part of or for the purpose of his/her business activity.

6.CONSUMER - a natural person concluding a Sales Agreement with the Seller not directly related to his/her business or professional activity.

7.USER - a natural person with full legal capacity, and in cases provided for by generally applicable laws, also a natural person with limited legal capacity, a legal person, as well as an organizational unit without legal personality, which is granted legal capacity by law - who has created or intends to create an Account.

8.PRODUCT - a movable item available at Ramsay&Co that is the subject of a Sales Contract between the Customer and the Seller.

9.REGISTRATION FORM - a form available at Ramsay&Co that allows the creation of an Account.

10.ACCOUNT - a set of resources and rights within the Seller's ICT system, marked with an individual name (login) and password provided by the User containing his/her data and information about the Orders placed by him/her at Ramsay&Co.

11.ORDER FORM - a form that allows placing an Order, specifying the terms of the concluded Sales Agreement.

12.ORDER - the Customer's declaration of intent made via the Order Form and aimed directly at concluding a Product Sales Agreement with the Seller.

13.AGREEMENT - the contract of sale of the Product and their delivery concluded or entered into between the Customer and the Seller through Ramsay&Co.

14.CARRIER - an entrepreneur who provides postal and courier services as part of its business activities.

15.CONSUMER RIGHTS ACT - the Act of May 30, 2014 on consumer rights (Journal of Laws of 2017, item 683 as amended);

16.RODO - means Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation);

17.PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION ACT- Act of May 10, 2018 on the protection of personal data (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1000, as amended);

  1. WORKING DAY - one day from Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.

 

III. TERMS OF USE OF Ramsay&Co INTERNET SHOP.

 

1.Users and Customers are obliged to use Ramsay&Co in a manner consistent with the law and good morals, bearing in mind the respect for personal rights and copyrights and intellectual property of the Seller and third parties.

2.The use of the Online Store is possible on condition that the ICT system used by the Customer meets the minimum technical requirements:

1.The device used by the Customer should have access to the Internet and with a web browser installed.

2.The Customer should have an active e-mail account.

1.Ramsay&Co shall not be liable for improper operation of the Store if the hardware or software used by the Customer does not meet the data requirements in accordance with the actual state.

 

IV. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

 

1. In order to create an Account, the User is required to complete the Registration Form and agree to the processing of personal data for the purposes necessary for the registration and maintenance of the Account, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and RODO, and accept these Terms and Conditions. When registering an Account, the User also submits a statement that he/she has read the Privacy Policy available at www. www.ramsayandco.pl The User should then click the "Register" box. In the Registration Form it is necessary to provide a password.

2.When registering an Account, the User may also conclude an agreement with the Seller for the provision of Newsletter services, containing information about new Products and current promotions.

3.The User receives from the Seller information about the processing of personal data, in accordance with Article 13 RODO, constituting Appendix No. 1 to these Regulations.

4.Creation of an Account is voluntary, free of charge and for an indefinite period of time. Creation of an Account is not a condition for placing an Order.

5. At any time and without giving any reason, the User may cancel the Account by selecting in the "User's Account" tab the field "Delete Account" or by sending to the Seller, e.g. by e-mail correspondence to the e-mail address: www.ramsayandco.pl or in writing to the address Ramsay&Co Natalia Gogolinski. with its registered seat in Obręb, 05-530 Góra Kalwaria, Kasztanowa Street, No. 2, NIP: 1231416959, Regon: 381842790, a request to delete the Account.

 

V. PLACING AN ORDER

 

1.An order in Ramsay&Co is placed via the Order Form.

2.Prices in Ramsay&Co are given in Polish zloty (PLN) or Euro currency (EUR) and are gross (include all their components including due VAT).

3.An order can be placed by the Customer after logging into the Account or without logging in.

4.The Customer receives from the Seller information about the processing of personal data, in accordance with Article 13 of RODO, constituting Appendix No. 2 to these Regulations.

5.The Customer places an Order in the Online Store by adding Products available in the Store's offer by clicking under the selected Product "add" and entering the number of added pieces of the selected Product. After adding and entering the number of pieces of the Product, the Products are automatically placed in the "shopping cart". Removing Products from the shopping cart or adding additional Products is done through the Online Store website after clicking "-" or "+" under the selected Product or directly after going to the shopping cart.

6.The Store reserves the right to change prices of Products on offer at the Online Store, to withdraw and introduce new Products to the Store's offer, to carry out and cancel promotional actions on the Store's website or to introduce changes to them. The above entitlement does not affect the prices of Products in Orders placed before the change in price, conditions of promotional actions or sales becomes effective.

7.After adding the Products to the "cart", the Customer wishing to place an Order should click "Order and pay". The Customer having an Account at his/her choice may make purchases after logging into the Account or without logging in. A Customer who does not have an Account at his/her choice may make purchases after registering an Account and logging in or without registering an Account.

8.A Customer who does not log in to an Account or who does not have an Account is directed by the system of the Online Store to the Order Form, in which he/she is obliged to provide personal data: first and last name, address of residence and delivery address (if different from residence), telephone number, e-mail address. In the case of sharing data with third parties by the Customers, the Customer, by entering such data, declares that he/she has obtained the necessary consent from the person whose data he/she is entering to share his/her data with the Administrator.

9.Subsequently, the Customer is obliged to accept the content of these Terms and Conditions, consent to the processing of personal data for the purposes necessary for the execution of the Sales Agreement, and make a statement of reading the Privacy Policy available at www.ramsandco.pl.

10.When placing an order, the Customer may also conclude an agreement with the Seller for the provision of Newsletter services, containing information about new Products and current promotions.

11. After logging into the Account or providing data, consent and provision, the customer should click "Next". He then proceeds to the method of payment and delivery. Delivery of the Products is for a fee, unless the Sales Agreement provides otherwise. Delivery costs (including transportation, delivery and postal fees) are indicated to the Customer when placing the Order.

12.The Seller shall make available to the Consumer the delivery of the Products via courier service.

  1. The Seller makes available to the Consumer the following payment methods:

1.Przelewy 24

1.The Seller charges a flat fee including the cost of sending the parcel to the Customer, which the Customer may consult at any time at www.ramsayandco.pl The cost of shipping is included in the amount indicated for payment after placing the Order. Delivery costs are included in the invoice or bill/fiscal receipt.

2.The Seller is not responsible for untimely delivery of shipments by Carriers.

3.After selecting the method of delivery and payment, the Customer should click "I buy".

4. If the payment method Przelewy 24 is selected, the Customer will be automatically redirected to a payment page. If payment by Bank Transfer is selected, the Customer will receive information on the payment method along with the Seller's bank account to the indicated e-mail address. The Customer should make payment of the total purchase price including delivery costs within 7 days from the date of placing the Order. Failure to make payment understood as crediting the entire purchase price together with delivery costs on the Seller's bank account within 24 hours after 7 days from the date of placing the Order is equivalent to withdrawal of the Customer from the Sales Agreement.

5.Placing orders through the Order Form is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week throughout the year.

6.The Seller may deprive the Customer of the right to use the Online Store, as well as may restrict its access to some or all of the Products, with immediate effect, if the Customer violates the provisions of the Terms and Conditions, and in particular, if the Customer:

1. Provided, when placing an Order, data that is untrue, inaccurate or outdated, misleading or violating the rights of third parties,

2.has committed, through Ramsay&Co, a violation of personal rights of third parties, in particular personal rights of other Ramsay&Co Customers,

3.will commit other behavior or acts that will be considered by the Seller as behavior that is inconsistent with the applicable laws or general rules of Internet use or harming the good name of Ramsay&Co.

 

VI. CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT OF SALE

 

1.The contract is considered concluded from the moment the Customer's Order is entered into the IT system of the Online Store, provided that the Order complies with the Regulations. After the conclusion of the contract, the Customer receives an e-mail message containing confirmation of all significant elements of the Order.

2.Recording and securing the concluded Sales Agreement is done by making these Regulations available on the website of the Online Store and sending the Customer an automatic feedback confirming the acceptance of the Order. The content of the Sales Agreement is additionally recorded and secured in the Seller's online store computer system.

3.The Seller reserves the right to confirm the Customer's data, either by phone or e-mail.

4.The Seller shall issue an accounting document VAT invoice or bill/fiscal receipt after the sale.

5.The Seller reserves the right to cancel the Order in whole or in part, when the execution of the Order will not be possible for objective reasons, in particular when there is a temporary or permanent lack of the Product or insufficient number of pieces of the Product (warehouse shortages).

6.A statement of cancellation of the Order, together with the reason for it, the Seller is obliged to immediately send to the Customer by e-mail correspondence or in writing.

7.The Customer in case of cancellation of the Order for the reasons indicated in paragraph 5 is not entitled to any claims against the Seller. If the Customer has paid for the Products prior to receiving the Order cancellation notice, the Seller shall refund the entire amount paid at face value within a period not exceeding 7 days.

 

VII. IMPLEMENTATION OF THE SALES CONTRACT

 

1.Deliveries of the Goods are made in the Republic of Poland and in the countries of the European Union and the European Economic Area.

2.Time for Sales Agreement execution is 7-14 days from the date of crediting the Seller's bank account with payment for the purchased Goods, plus the time of delivery performed by the Carrier.

3.The Seller reserves that in case of delivery of Products which are temporarily out of stock, the delivery time may be extended. In each case of prolongation of the time for realization of the Sales Agreement, the Seller will inform the Client via e-mail correspondence, about the delay.

VIII. PROMOTIONS

 

1.Products may be sold at promotional prices.

2.Products currently sold at promotional prices are available at Ramsay&Co.

3.A limited number of Products are for promotional sale.

4.Promotional offers may not be combined with each other unless the specific terms and conditions of the promotion allow it.

 

IX. NEWSLETTER

 

1.The operator of the Service is Ramsay&Co Natalia Gogolinski. with registered office in Obręb, 05-530 Góra Kalwaria, Kasztanowa, No. 2, NIP: 1231416959, Regon: 381842790.

2.To use the Newsletter service it is necessary to have access to the Internet and to have an electronic mail address (e-mail).

3.The Newsletter service is free of charge.

4.The Newsletter service consists of sending by the Operator of the Service to the electronic mail address (e-mail) provided by the User/Customer messages containing information about the offer (including promotions) of Ramsay&Co, as well as events related to the promotion of Products offered by Ramsay&Co.

5.The User/Customer, by concluding the Newsletter service agreement with the Service Provider, makes his/her electronic mail address (e-mail), provided in the registration form, available for the purpose of receiving messages referred to in the provisions above.

6.The Newsletter service agreement is concluded when registering an Account or placing an Order.

7.The User/Customer should agree to the processing of personal data for the purposes necessary for the Newsletter service. The User/Customer shall receive from the Seller information on the processing of personal data, in accordance with Article 13 RODO, constituting Appendix No. 3 to these Regulations.

8.The Newsletter service agreement is concluded for an indefinite period of time. The User/Customer has the right to terminate the Newsletter service agreement, with immediate effect. The User/Client wishing to terminate the agreement should submit to the Service Operator a statement to that effect, sending its content to the email address biuro@ramsayandco.pl , by mail to Ramsay&Co Natalia Gogolinski. with its registered seat in Obręb, 05-530 Góra Kalwaria, Kasztanowa St., No. 2.

9.The Operator of the Service may suspend or terminate the Newsletter service after informing Customers at the e-mail addresses provided by them.

10.The Service Operator shall have the right to remove any incorrect or non-existent e-mail address provided by the Client.

11.Complaints concerning the Newsletter service shall be submitted to the e-mail address biuro@ramsayandco.pl, by mail directly to Ramsay&Co Natalia Gogolinski. with its seat in Obręb, 05-530 Góra Kalwaria, Kasztanowa St., No. 2. The complaint shall contain data of the person submitting the complaint, necessary to send information about the result of complaint consideration, as well as description of what the irregularities in the Newsletter service consisted, and what are the expectations regarding complaint resolution.

12. The Service Operator shall consider the complaint within 14 days from the date of its receipt.

13. When using the Newsletter service, the User/Customer is obliged to refrain from providing content of an unlawful nature, in particular with regard to providing third-party data without the consent of authorized persons.

14.Individual messages, sent as part of the Newsletter service, constitute works within the meaning of the copyright law and are subject to protection specified by the law. Any copying, modification and use in a manner inconsistent with its purpose or without the consent of the Service Provider may constitute a violation of the law.

 

X. COMPLAINTS

X.I. CONSUMERS

 

1.The Customer-Consumer has the right to file a complaint, on the basis of the warranty, in case of physical or legal defects of the Product.

2. A complaint may be filed in any form. For evidentiary purposes, the most appropriate form is in writing. Customers should direct complaints by electronic correspondence to the e-mail address: biuro@ramsayandco.pl, or by mail to: Ramsay&Co Natalia Gogolinski. with its registered office in Obręb, 05-530 Góra Kalwaria, Kasztanowa Street, No. 2, NIP: 1231416959, Regon: 381842790 with the note "Online store - complaints". It is recommended to describe the noticed defect and specify your request provided under the warranty.

3. Complaints are processed no later than within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the complaint by Ramsay&Co.

4. If the sold Product has a defect, the Online Store will immediately replace the defective Product with a defect-free one or remove the defect. This does not affect the Customer's ability to submit a statement of price reduction or withdrawal from the contract in accordance with applicable regulations. If it is not possible to replace the Product, remove the defect in the Product or reduce the price, the Store will return the amount due immediately in accordance with applicable laws.

5.The Customer - Consumer has the right to withdraw from the Sales Agreement within 14 days without giving any reason. The term of withdrawal expires after 14 days from the day on which the Customer or a third party other than the Carrier and indicated by the Customer came into possession of the item. The Customer shall be informed each time of the right of withdrawal in accordance with the model information attached as Appendix No. 3 to these Regulations, sent with the Order.

6.In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer-Consumer should inform the Seller of his decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal written statement. The written form is considered to be preserved if the letter is sent by mail, fax or e-mail.

7.The Customer - Consumer in order to withdraw from the contract may use the sample form, constituting Appendix No. 4 to these Regulations, which is included in the package with the order. The use of the form is not obligatory and in order to make an effective statement it is sufficient for the Customer to indicate that he/she withdraws from the Sales Agreement, together with the Order number. The statement must be signed by the Customer in his/her own hand.

8.To meet the deadline it is sufficient to send the statement before its expiration.

9.The Customer-Consumer is obliged to return the Products to the Seller or give them to a person authorized by the Seller to receive them immediately, but no later than 14 days from the date on which he withdrew from the contract. To meet the deadline it is sufficient to return the Products before its expiration.

10.The Customer shall bear the direct costs of returning the items.

11.The Seller shall immediately, but no later than within 14 days from the date of receipt of the declaration of the Client-Consumer on withdrawal from the contract, return to the Consumer all payments made by him, including the cost of delivery of the Products. If the Client-Consumer has chosen a method of delivery of the Products other than the cheapest ordinary method of delivery offered by the Seller, the Seller is not obliged to reimburse the Consumer for the additional costs incurred by him.

12. The Seller may withhold reimbursement of payments received from the Client-Consumer until it receives the Products back or the Client-Consumer provides proof of their return, whichever event occurs first.

13. The Seller shall refund the payment using the same method of payment used by the Customer-Consumer, unless the Customer-Consumer has expressly agreed to a different method of refund that does not involve any costs for him.

14. The Customer-Consumer shall be liable only for any diminution in the value of the Products resulting from using them in a manner other than necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the thing. The Customer-Consumer's right to withdraw from the contract is excluded in the case of a Sales Contract, in which the subject of performance is a Product delivered in a sealed package, which cannot be returned after opening the package for health or hygienic reasons, if the package was opened after delivery.

 

X.II. TRADER

 

1.The Law on Consumer Rights does not apply to Sales Agreements concluded between TRADERs.

2.The Customer - TRADER, may not withdraw from the Sales Agreement without stating a reason and without incurring costs.

3.As soon as the Seller releases the Product to the Carrier, the benefits and burdens associated with the Product and the danger of accidental loss of or damage to the Product are transferred to the Customer. In such a case, the Seller shall not be liable for loss, loss or damage to the Product occurring from the acceptance of the Product for transport until its release to the Customer.

4.Upon receipt of the shipment containing the Product, the Customer is obliged to immediately examine the shipment in the time and manner usual for shipments of this type.

5.If it is found that during transport there was a defect or damage to the Product, the Customer is obliged to perform all actions necessary to determine the responsibility of the courier (carrier), including drawing up a damage protocol in the presence of the courier.

6.In the case of ascertaining that the delivered Product does not comply with the Order or that the Products are missing from the shipment, the Customer - Entrepreneur is obliged to write a protocol in the presence of the courier (carrier) with a detailed description in its content of any discrepancies or shortages found. The protocol should be signed by the Customer and the courier (carrier). Any complaints not confirmed by the protocol will be considered groundless and will not be considered.

7.The parties to the Sales Agreement exclude the Seller's liability under the warranty for physical and legal defects of the product, in relation to persons and entities that are not Consumers

8.The Seller's liability to the Customer - Trader, regardless of its legal basis, is limited - both under a single claim, as well as for all claims asserted jointly - to the amount of the price paid and the cost of delivery under the Sales Agreement. The Seller shall be liable to the Customer - TRADER only for typical damages foreseeable at the time of conclusion of the Contract and shall not be liable for lost profits in relation to the Customer - TRADER.

9.Any disputes arising between the Seller and the Customer - Trader shall be submitted to the court having jurisdiction over the seat of the Seller.

10.Free advertising supplements are not subject to exchange or complaints.

 

XI. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

 

1.The administrator of personal data provided by the Customer is Ramsay&Co Natalia Gogolinski. based in Obręb, 05-530 Góra Kalwaria, ul. Kasztanowa, no. 2, NIP: 1231416959, REGON: 381842790.

2. Providing personal data marked as obligatory is voluntary, but necessary to create an Account and/or place an Order for Products via the Online Store and to execute the Sales Agreement to which the Customer is a party.

3.Personal data may be made available to the processing entity on the basis of an agreement on the processing of personal data, in accordance with the principles set out in Art. 28 GDPR.

4. The Seller informs the Customer about the processing of personal data in accordance with Art. 13 GDPR.

5. The Seller processes personal data only for the purpose of:

1.creating and maintaining a User Account pursuant to Art. 6 section 1 point a and b GDPR

2. performance of the Product Purchase Agreement, pursuant to Art. 6 section 1 point a and b GDPR

3. implementation of the Newsletter service pursuant to Art. 6 section 1 point a and b GDPR.

1.The data is stored by the Seller until the expiry of the rights under the concluded Sales Agreements, including the warranty.

2. The customer has the right to:

1. request from the Administrator access to your personal data, rectification, deletion or limitation of the processing of personal data.

2. object to such processing,

3. data transfer,

4. submit a complaint to the supervisory authority.

  1. Personal data of Users and Customers are not subject to automated decision-making, including profiling.

 

XII. FINAL PROVISIONS

 

1.The content of the website www.ramsayandco.pl, including texts, photos, graphics and illustrations, is the property of Ramsay&Co Natalia Gogolinski. based in Obręb, 05-530 Góra Kalwaria, ul. Kasztanowa, No. 2, NIP: 1231416959, REGON: 381842790 and are published with the consent of persons and/or entities holding copyrights to these materials.

2.This content is protected by copyright and other laws. Their use is permitted only with the express consent of Ramsay&Co Natalia Gogolinski. based in Obręb, 05-530 Góra Kalwaria, ul. Kasztanowa, No. 2, NIP: 1231416959, REGON: 381842790 granted in writing under pain of nullity.

3.The Seller reserves the right to make changes to the content of these Regulations. Any changes to the Regulations enter into force on the date specified by the Online Store, no less than 14 days from the date of their availability on the website www.safronsecret.pl. The existing provisions of the Regulations apply to Sales Agreements concluded before the change.

4.The information contained on the Seller's website does not constitute an offer within the meaning of Art. 66 of the Civil Code and should be interpreted solely as an invitation to conclude a contract (Article 71 of the Civil Code).

5.In the event of concluding continuous contracts on the basis of these Regulations (e.g. Account), the amended regulations are binding on the Customer if the requirements specified in Art. 384 and 384[1] of the Civil Code, i.e. the Customer was properly notified about the changes and did not terminate the contract within 14 calendar days from the date of notification.

6. In matters not regulated in these Regulations, generally applicable provisions of law shall apply.

 

ANNEX NO.1

 

INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

THE PERSON TO WHOM THE DATA CONCERN

 

Hereby, in accordance with Art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation )hereinafter: GDPR, we inform you that:

1.The administrator of your personal data is Ramsay&Co Natalia Gogolinski. based in Obręb, 05-530 Góra Kalwaria, ul. Kasztanowa, No. 2, NIP: 1231416959, REGON: 381842790, hereinafter referred to as the Administrator;

2.The Administrator processes the following categories of your personal data:

  • First name and last name

  • Address data

  • Phone number

  • E-mail correspondence address

  • Password.

1.Your personal data will be processed on the basis of your consent solely for the purpose of registering and maintaining a User Account within the Online Store operating on the online platform available at the Internet address www.ramsayandco.pl

2.Pursuant to Art. 7 section 3 GDPR, you are entitled to withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

3.The basis for the processing of personal data is Art. 6 section 1 point a, b and f GDPR.

4.The Administrator, based on concluded data processing entrustment agreements, provides personal data to entities processing data on behalf of the Administrator (e.g. server administrator, IT specialist). The recipients of personal data may also be entities authorized to receive data under applicable law, including competent judicial authorities.

5.Your data will be stored by the Administrator for the duration of your User Account, and after that time only on the basis of the Administrator's legitimate interest in data processing in order to defend against claims or if national or EU regulations or international law oblige the Administrator to store data.

6.You have the right to:

  • request the Administrator to access your personal data, rectify it, delete the "right to be forgotten" or limit the processing of personal data (Articles 15, 16, 17 and 18 of the GDPR),

  • object to such processing (Article 21 of the GDPR),

  • data transfer (Article 20 of the GDPR),

  • submit a complaint to the supervisory authority (Article 77 of the GDPR).

Right to withdraw from the contract

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. Consequences of withdrawal from the contract

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivering the goods (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest usual delivery method offered by us), immediately and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which we were informed about your decision to exercise the right to withdraw from this contract. We may withhold the refund until we receive the item or until you provide us with proof of returning it, depending on which event occurs first.

We will refund the payment using the same payment methods that you used in the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed to a different solution.
